Welcome to the Hawk’s Cry. This is a new blog that will explore various aspects relating to witchcraft, magic and religion. I will take a multi-traditional viewpoint and speak to more universal themes as much as possible, instead of focusing on my particular traditions.

Hopefully, there will be something you will find interesting here. If there is something you disagree with, feel free to leave comments. Magic is not something that anyone can know everything about, so I take this as a mutual exploration into the depths of existence.

    A topic that might be interesting to hear your thoughts on is the current debate on whether Wiccan organizations should be public like “traditional” religions or secret. I’ve heard arguments on both sides and personally lean towards the public side, but I’m not fully decided yet.
